    I'm having trouble logging in even with active admin rights and when i try to login i'm told i don't have active admin rights. It also says vpn is runng in the back round but i don't know how to look for it.

    Your Australian servers have been somewhere between woeful and atrocious these last couple of months, particularly for anything gaming related. There are multiple periods of zero throughput. They occur so often that I've taken to using the New Zealand servers instead.
    Would be grateful if you could investigate and remedy.

    why can i not log in user name and P/W seems to have changed by its self?

    purevpn PureVPN-v1.99.8.dmg for mac 10.11.1 is not awailabel. I can't connect to server always. Thus then my windows is ok.

    I got PureVPN to be able to watch netflix on my US account abroad while traveling. Now netflix blocks all US vpns from your list... can you do something about it...

    My VPN keeps dropping out sometimes after 15hrs sometimes after 15 minutes, how can I stop this from happening ?

    i wish to cancel my pureVPN subscription. I tried to remove the auto billing and i see now that my efforts failed. Please cancel my subscription.
