    on the GUI, what is the purpose of having a textbox for the password and a remember me checkbox if I still hvE TO ENTER MY PASSWORD EVER TIME I CONNECT?

    I suggest using the Billing tab on the dashboard for keeping track of payments. It doesn't make much sense to me as a subscriber for this to be a tab to advertise your service

    Because PPTP was so slow, I tried L2TP. How come the checkbox gthat says remember me does not work? I get prompted for my password ever time I connect because on my iMac I lose connection when the thing goes to sleep. Software is up to date and I have no idea what versoin of PureVPN I have becauase I do not see version info listed anywhere.

    If I stream German TV all 5 Minutes I get a break abou 10 - 20 Seconds. What is going wromg?

    in addition to not knowing/ able to change country of outlet.my speed is ussaully extremely slow. sometimes 1 or2 klbytes per sec

    We've had so many problems with Pure allowing us to access Netflix lately. We were told that it would work with Netflix, and sometimes it does. Often, however, we get an error code saying that we are using a VPN and we cannot stream. I don't understand. What is the problem?
