    Dear sir/madam:
    Since the spring of 2016, the pure VPN can not work any more! the speed is slow and most of the connection can not be connected! I have tried the way you teach me, but nothing can handle what happenned. I just bought this account for few months! Can i get my money return for your fail in handle the conection problem in China!

    Your web page says PureVPN will work with Mac OS X 10.5 but it doesn't appear to as I haave talked to (so far) 3 of your technical staff and still have not goy PureVPN to work, although it works perfectly on OS X 10.11

    We are having problems to connect to the pure vpn, more that one month, we can not use the service, always goes to zero, and we are paying the service, could you fix it please.
    In general we have these service to see Netflix

    No se por que no puedo ingresar. Se supone que ya pague puntual y todo y no me dejan ingresar o diganme y cancelo la suscripcion a sus servicios ya que es mediocre en el momento

    Hello,
    When using your vpn I am unable to send emails. I can download/receive them, but am unable to send. I disconnect your program, and then can send OK.
    I use Thunderbird, and my ISP is Optus.
