    trying to install on my android but will not allow me to. I reset pw and still will not let me login. Pretty frustrating.

    Tried connecting to support on my laptop and proxy settings will not allow me to. Reset proxy settings to Automatic on both Lan and other and still get same error reading on this laptop that proxy settings will not allow it.

    i set up the dns thing on my apple tv with your online help group a couple of weeks ago. my apple tv stopped working after three days and i had to revert back to the old dns number. when i set up my desktop for vpn i cannot access the internet. cute. i cant get be hacked if i cant use the internet. anyway, i used youronline help to get my ip address changed so i could access both vpn and the internet. now, after three days i can not access the internet AND pure vpn at the same time. i have been a customer for a year and a half. i am frustrated. on my tablet, i have had to reconnect pure vpn so often that i bought a PIA package. I want to be a loyal Pre VPN client - what do I need to do to get a stable streaming experience with your VPN?

    Since several weeks our internet connection with pure vpn is very slow. It is impossible to watch a movie and it takes more time to load a website. Without pure vpn, we have a fast internet. I would like to get some support to fix the issue. Thank you very much in advance.

    I installed the latest version of PureVPN after I switched to Win 10. Have tried all the online and chat help. Tried using the previous version, nothing works. As soon as I start Purevpn, I can't access the internet. Can I get some phone help on this?
