    unfortunately your italian server are too slow! and i feel i waisting my money to pay a service that is not working at all!!
    i'm connecting from UK to Italy and everytime i feel a fool to use this program!
    can you pleas turnarpung the current situation?

    Hi ,
    I have downloaded Purevpn free software to check with and then to purchase if satisfied .
    Successfully downloaded but while trying to connect , my Username & Password mismatches and get disconnected . How to register my username & pasword ? Help me .

    Every single one of your U.S servers from fastest server connect section is down and has been down for quite a long while now. Fix this!!

    Hi,

    I have had issues with pureVPN the past month or two. I just can't connect to VPN on my laptop.

    I have tried a number of different countries and locations, but none of them can connect.
    I am able to connect on my iPhone but not on my laptop.

    Any reason why?

    Include in settings an option to load Pure VPN minimized to the windows notification area. That way people that start the program with windows won't have to X out the dashboard everytime they turn on their computer. Most programs that load on start up have that option. Pure VPN does not.

    I cant use the Pure VPN so far. As it always said that PPTP cant find the server
