Suggest auto minimize after auto connect. Mine autoconnects but then I have to minimize manually. Once connected prefer it minimizes automatically.

What's happend ? I can't connect ! They said that my passeword or user name is not right ! I pay last year during the special discount to have two years with purevpn ! Of course now, I'm in China and I can't access at your website without a vpn. I still have all the copy of my subscription for two years but I can't join them here, but in my account you could see that it's two years. So please, correct your mistake quickly !

I am cancelling your VPN. I live in China and it has not worked here at all.
Pure VPN has pretty lines to follow and watch how low the connection is for hours,
but to watch a show is zip.
I have trouble even contacting you to let you know.

I found the advanced settings for Secure dns, IP leak protection, activate internet killswitch. Seemed like the thing to do
All seemed well until I returned later in the day to find my internect access shut down. Called the ISP, found out it was working when tech came out.
They left and I've spend the last 3 days troubleshooting windows 7.
First thing I did, was I unchecked all those settings in PureVPN and still no internet access.Found out turning off Windows firewall restores internet access.
Finally found the reall ssue after pulling hair for another day.PureVPN settings had created two New firewall rules without warning me. Even with PureVPN completely off and not running those rules block my entire computer.
Delete the firewall rules and all is back to normalYou need to fix this.

Hello there,
I regularily connect with the Fibertel server in Argentina to watch the rugby matches at the local ESPN, I cannot longer do that, I geta a screen that says that I the video that I am watching is not authorized from my current country or location, that means they recignized that the server is not the Argentinean fast serve that I used through Pure VPN.
