i am very seriously considering canceling this service. I ask for a router into the USA, and when i pull up google crome or google, I am being routed through Hong Kong. From a security standpoint, this is simply unacceptable. It makes me wonder if in the last 6 months while I have used this service it wasnt routing me through China all along. Please explain to me how to avoid this and how to verify that my VPN is not being routed through China.

Usually fine in the day to watch tv but at night constantly cutting out pauses and starts every couple of seconds, so frustrating.

Hello.
I installed your VPN, both on Windows 8 and Android.
Android on the connection to a server Italian keeps enough minutes, instead of Win8, the connection on the server Italy, disconnects constantly.
There will be a solution ????

I found it is awful bad performance for Mac version of Purevpn, the speed is too slow,compared with windows, please you would improve it soon in the new version.
