    I have my purevpn userid and password entered into the Mac client but it still asks for my password each time it needs to connect. Also why does it not automatically try to reconnect when the connection is lost?

    You guys have Online streaming of Hulu on the dash board. However, on several occasions I have tried to access Hulu and I receive an error message stating I am using a proxy and I can not watch the shows. It is frusterating to pay for something that does not work.

    I just tried pure vpn for about an hour and found the result doesnt quite meet my expectation on its speed, so i decide not continue to use.
    Could please tell me how can I apply for a refund?

    Not impressed. I still can't get PureVPN to run correctly on my MacBookPro with Yosemite v10.10.1. I uninstalled previous install, downloaded current file, installed it presumably successfully. However in the client app Dashboard, it keeps telling me some helper app isn't installed and to re-install. I have no idea what this is all about but I'm frustrated. Please help.

    It is to inform you that VPN server will assign you IP randomly which will be free in pool so you may get the repeated IP also.

    I am trying to use Pure VPN.

    I signed in and it gave me my IP address. I disconnected and did some other things then I signed back in
    and it had my same IP address. I thought that was suspost to change..

    I register a free account of purevpn in iphone app and run ok. But when I use the account in Purevpn client of Mac , I can't login in, Why?

    Add an audible alarm (voice or siren) to alert the user that the VPN connection has been dropped.
