    SmartDNS.

    I've activate my SMART DNS addon and followed all the instructions.

    But it does not seem to work. It launches the browser goes to right TV website.

    All the TV services recognise, I not in country. UK (BBC) and USA (NBC,ABC) Tried.

    Any suggestions.

    since upgrade to yosemite 10.2.2 when I start purevpn it crashes (freezing, deadly spinning ball) and have to restart by long press

    Hi, I hope you're fine!
    Just a quick feedback, lately when letting the app to choose the fastest server around, choose China.
    Since I'm in China and the idea of the VPN is to use Facebook, Youtube, etc. is not exactly convenient that finds China as the preferred server.
    Maybe for the next update you can add something so the program checks where is the user currently, and tries to log in to a different Country instead of the country being used in.
    The rest, all good.

    @Dave Phillips It is to inform you that our team is working on adding multiple features that are available with Windows software in the Mac app and hopefully it will be done soon.

    Dear Mrs/Mr,

    We are living in Switzerland and signed up for Pure VPN a couple of weeks ago to be able to watch Swedish TV, www.svtplay.se. We installed the application on our apple machines and we also signed up for the firewall. When we now are using the application it is so very slow and the system "buffer" the programs. Please let me know if this os normal or if there is any settings I might have done wrong beacuse I have no use of the application when it is this slow. Before I used anonie and it worked fine!

    Sometimes it's impossible to watch Sky (IT) sports channels with an Italian VPN (especially when there are several Serie A events at the same time).
    I would really appreciate more bandwidth for Italian VPN connections

    yoiur app for Mac is very differnt from the the PC one. I have alot of problems with it. Please fix the app

    What happen with my VPN?
    I was out of china for 2 weeks and now when I comeback cannot connect my VPN.
    "Error Account disabled"......!!!!
    why? because I pay for one year!!!!
