Local traffic pass through
The competiton (NordVpn) has got this built in the app. Basically traffic in the local network is never blocked/routed through the VPN. This enables the device to see shares, smart devices and the likes.

permanent kill switch and third-party account sign up support
when disconnecting manually it won't work about kill switch. I hope purevpn can integrat with firewall of windows, macOS and linux, it's safer and actually current kill switch feature couldn't work when rebooting or app crashing. By the way, why not twitter account of you guys not with a blue checkmark...

Connectivity Check Function
Sometimes I can't connect to a specific server or location, but it's ping in location menu still looks good. In this situation there's no way to know if a server is available from my current location until I try connecting to one.
Is it possible to make a connectivity check function? This can save lots of time than try connect to locations one by one.2 votes -

proxy bypass list... too bad
In the advanced function, there is a proxy bypass list... It is a blacklist concept. On the contrary, change it to a whitelist concept.

Please support Sky X over Austrian Server and Sky CH over Swiss Server
It would be very useful if PureVPN would support Sky X via skyx.sky.at. Unfortunately all current Austrian servers are blocked, it is not possibe to access the website.
Moreover, it would be great if you would support the website sky.ch via the swiss servers. Currently the website detects the use of an vpn server and so it is not possible to enter the website.

Add option
Add "bypass the VPN for local network" option to your software settings on firestick. While I liked your software. I didn't purchase it since I couldn't access my network on firestick using your VPN.

Android App Widget remember Location / Dedicated IP
In Android (at least version 13) app i have to select my dedicated IP address from locations every single time i am going to connect because it simply forgets the last used location

Favorite locations submenu in the macOS menubar
The menubar on macOS is not very useful in its current form. It would be hugely more useful if a submenu that listed all of the locations I've favorited in the app was included.

Add BYPASS by app, by site, by IP to Windows app.
Split tunneling is underwhelming. Or, to say correctly, performs completely different task for completely different uses.
Say, I want VPN to be bypassed for sites like YouTube and my banking site (cuz it doesn't like foreign IP) and some applications like League of Legends (where ping is important). There are more examples, but you get the point. For all other sites and apps I want VPN to be always turned on and working.
SurfShark has it, and if i knew PureVPN lacks it, i wouldn't get subscription. =((1 vote -
You should subcontract someone in China to ensure potential customer can get on PureVPN
The first step is to make sure that people can visit your website in China. I have other VPN, that's how I got to your website and get subscription. Furthernore, Don't forget most users in China doesn't speak English, so Mandarin speaking CS rep is a must if you want to expand buisness in China.

PureKeep Chrome Extension
I would like to see a browser extension for PureKeep since it is a password manager it is beneficial for the usability of the product to have a browser extension for password management.
