Automatic mode = no split tunneling :(
If "automatic" protocol is used (enabled by default), it appears that the split tunneling feature doesn't work. I experienced this as all apps (including apps not "allowed") go through VPN when enabled and "allowed" apps revert back to local IP when the connection drops. This behavior should be fixed.

Browser Widget
Privacy is important. Perhaps a browser widget that sits there and is red when not connected to the VPN and is green when connected.

"Secure Email" feature
Secure email is something I don't have a decent solution now, When I need to transfer personal information, I use GPG with technical literate people or I zip with a password the sensitive info.

Additive On-demand feature
I would like the on demand feature adjusted. Firstly, so that it’s possible to choose specific apps, which would cause an auto-connection - eg. One internet browser, but not an alternative browser. I would also like my list of url auto-connects to be password protected. Accessing sites which allow freedom of speech or information is wonderful. But, if it shows which sites I connect to, the possibility to use them becomes much more dangerous, and therefore I can’t include them in the on demand list.

Make change mode easy
I'd suggest to make an option in the PC software, where I could change between modes (file sharing, streaming, internet freedom etc...) with one click. It's really annoying that I have to disconnect first, then change mode, than finally reconnect. Would be much easier, if i just could change between modes with one click, and the software would reconnect automatically within a few seconds to the last set server.

Improved auto-connect features
Automatically connecting to preset location(setting) by choice when your device goes from a secured connection to a unsecured WiFi connection or non home WiFi. Possibly the same when only connected to your plan data without eating up that data limit.

User friendly features
Tracking by advertising or user analytics by apps or websites will unintentionally obtain our information. We believe that besides opting out individually, we should be protected from them by ourselves. I use DoH tracking and ad blocking. These are easy to use, but sometimes, contrary to my wishes, hinder Internet browsing. I want products that can be operated flexibly and easily

Optimized streaming
The answers both tie together with the same problem; there are online apps that crash on me for some reason if I don't use the vpn. But then I can't use streaming services with vpn on, so I need to always double check if it is on or off, according to my needs. So I would want the vpn to either work with streaming services without them complaining or to automatically disable itself (maybe with a notice that it does) when I attempt to use Netflix or any other streaming service
