How about something you want to do for an outside interest but can be done while the app is alive like, "Secure Channel" where someone can safely do a bank transaction ./ any personalized task. Mostly banking related use / other sensitive doings.

Powerpack IKev2 & OpenVPN
So the basic idea is that ikev2 and open vpn now support road warrior mode. that allows a vpn client to send a single packet in each direction if the other side is address changes. the typical use case is to allow a cellular service roaming between towers or providers to automatically re-establish the vpn tunnel even if the address of the client actually changes.
So, what you can do, with some possible expense is.
String one vpn tunnel though another in such a way that outermost tunnel establishes the path for the inner tunnel to take when connecting.

Offer a mechanism
If you could offer a Mini-PC appliance (like raspberry pi or similar), which connects to my existing router and offers a WiFi which is tunneled through to PureVPN that would be awesome. I would make it very easy to connect any WiFi enabled device to PureVPN. If there were a easy-to-use web interface to configure the VPN-Settings (if needed) that would make thinks so much easier.

netflix specific choice
it would be overall good to start adding new countries like Canada, Australia, Japan, Italy,... for Netflix. you could also add a completely new section with the countries you can use Netflix in with the VPN just like the list of countries that we can use to do anything else;

Show connected "Protocol" on screen
Bring back the old version feature again that tells user somewhere on client screen what protocol has been successfully negotiated with connecting PureVPN server. This is much more informative than ‘connection established’ :)

I would like to make a request to hire agents who can assist customers in any language. This is a customer right that needs to be duly supported.

Request for VPN hotspot for Android devices
The function already exists on VPN desktop version, where one can setup a PureVPN hotspot, but such feature is missing from the mobile app. I wish you could implement this feature on mobile phones. The android built-in mobile hotspot does not have VPN feature so this would help a lot. Especially, as these days mobile network is becoming more frequently used.

Show all server list
Well, when i bought pure vpn i saw they have total 2,000+ Servers in 140+ Countries. It's great. But unfortunately maybe i am using just one server out of 2000+
Why, you wanna ask? Because Singapore server is good for me and i have no choice. Because purevpn not showing servers and if i don't get good speed in one server then i will connect with another server in same location. does it make sens?

Improved notification when VPN not connected
On rare occasions, the PureVPN windows app shows that it is connected when it isn't. My suggestion is an improved connection check so that users can be confident of their connection status without having to manually check their IP location all the time.
This could be implemented in a variety of ways such as checking the connection matches an automatically updated list of PureVPN servers or checking that a heartbeat (rolling code) is accessible.

Request for Multi Hop VPN
Creating Multi-Hop VPN. 2 VPN Tunnels to different vpn concentrators.
E.g: one to France, one to USA. Both OpenVPN. Change the routing. 0.0.0.0/0 goes through the tunnel to USA. 0.0.0.0/1 and 128.0.0.0/1 go through the France tunnel. The USA tunnel must itself goes through the France tunnel so every bit from the computer goes to France from there to USA.

Knowledgebase of Content
It would be interesting if you had a library with a list of all the TV stations (websites) that could be accessed with PureVPN. You could have it as a separate toggle click. Users could then go into the library and see the websites available for the country they are interested in. They could then look up the subject station on the internet and check their TV schedules to determine when to sign on and see their show of choice.
The library could also indicate which TV stations you actually need to have a specific license to view.

IPV6 support on every server (or most with a logo both on apps and serverlist)
I would like to see PureVPN somewhere I didn't see them yet, IPV6 it can be really useful to speed-up your internet having no nat problems etc, my ISP provides IPV6 bu if I put a server on my "FREEBOX" (which you have a tutorial for) my IPV6 will leak, so I'm forced to stop my IPV6 on computer the app simply blocks the IPV6 and doesn't give you a secure and encrypted one which can be really useful.
It also applies to the dedicated IP which is a lot cheaper in IPV6
