   I am very curious to know about it. What's the problem if all server and country will be useable from app or extension? Japan was now no. China same. What's the problem man!

2. Hotstar India hardly ever works. When it does work, it buffers a lot.

   When Hotstar India opens, which is rare, it does not play the movie or video properly. It keeps on buffering for a long time. I cannot watch my TV programs without getting frustrated.

7. More countries on chrome app

   All the countries available on app for windows and IOS should be also available on chrome app.
   My company has restrictions and I cannot install the Pure VPN on my business windows computer, but I can install it on the chrome app. Please, make all the countries available on chrome app. Or just Portugal, that is the country that I need to connect.

8. Make your service customer friendly!

   Pure VPN is not the highest rated service. You also charge extra for some android services & they often do not work. Your customer service takes too long & is always overly complex. If you want to compete, then make things simple, user-friendly, & service/customer oriented.

20. Add Download/Upload speed amount in speedtest option.

    I used another vpn there was this feature. Pure showing faster server top of the list. But sometimes the ping doesn't work for speed. So, it would be great if show the speed amount beside ping value.
