Allow non NATed IP for router
I would like to see an option where we can have a non NATed Dynamic IP option for the router. This will help get your own dynamic IP on the router, when connected to the VPN

Auto VPN on untrusted network
Could be cool, if you had a setting that turns on VPN if you connect to a network that you have not marked as trusted in the app. This way, when ever you are at home or office, or maybe on 3g/4g, you would not connect to VPN - but as soon as you connect to that wifi on a cafe or hotel, you would be protected.

For the VPN to be adaptive, for example when you turn it on it should automatically connect you to the most secure/fastest server available.
That way when in a metropolitan area there are several servers that you can run off of instead of taking. Shot in the dark and relying upon a ping test.

Whitelist trusted WiFi SSIDs
The app should allow a whitelist of WiFi SSIDs where when you connect to one of them the VPN disconnects. Ideally I would like to use the VPN whenever I am NOT on my home WiFi.
NOTE: This is similar to but opposite of one of the existing ideas here.1 vote -
The colors for the quick connect button are backwards
The colors for the current state of the VPN connection should be used for the color of the quick connect button. Currently it is showing what it would change to if you were to tap it he button. So in other words, when the VPN is DISABLED the button is green. And when it’s ENABLED it’s red. This is counterintuitive. If I pop into the app to check the status I would expect red to be disconnected and green to be connected.

Kill switch. If vpn disconnects it should not allow a connection to the internet to ensure you aren’t accessing WiFi without security
