When enabling split tunneling, allow for dial up, DSL, cable, etc selection on bandwidth hog apps to prevent them from slowing down the VPN.
When enabling apps in split tunneling, allow an internet connection type selection (dial up, DSL, cable, etc) on specified apps to prevent bandwidth hog apps from slowing the VPN down.
I'm specifically trying to make video streaming services more responsive on the VPN by making them think I have a slow connection, thus limiting video quality to 144p on my Android phone.
YouTube is only limiting my data to 360p video quality, which is a waste of VPN bandwidth on a phone.
