Why doesn't the PureVPN Adnroid app have dedicated IP functionality?

I see that Windows, ios, Mac and 1-2 other platforms have dedicated IP functionality. Will the Android version get this capability soon?

    I would like a dedicated ip in my country(italy) , cause 4g lte isps give only private ip!

    Yes plus allot for this one, I was just about to make this idea myself. This is really missing!
