        Our new app automatically saves the username and password at the time of the first signup or login.

        However you can always change form settings.

        You are requested to please follow the steps to resolve this issue:

        1) Go to network setting/.
        2) Click on VPN profile
        3) Put username and password manually.
        4) Save
        5) Logout from app and relogin.

          It is to inform you that we recommend our users to either configure VPN manually on Nividea Shield or configure VPN on your router and connect your device through it. Moreover, our team is already working on that matter and hopefully will update it soon.

Further more Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to have a go at every router. Kindly send us screen shots of the WAN settings page of your router at help@purevpn.com so we can help you setup PureVPN on it.

We have not tested this router yet, if your router does not work as modem and offers either PPTP or OpenVPN options then send us screenshots of your Router’s wan settings screenshots at help@purevpn.com and we will send you the instructions accordingly.
