OpenVPN server in Czech Republic
I asked PureVPN support about year and half ago, if there ever be possibility to use OpenVPN protocol on Czech server. Answer was YES. After more than a year still nothing... Czech republic is in the middle of Europe and have good torrenting policy so it really make sense.

Make "redial if dropped" timeout configurable
Guys, 30 sec redial timeout? Re you for real? Are you using/testing your software features?
You are watching streaming video and you are going to wait 30 sec to continue? Especially if you are not on very reliable connection.

ASUS GT-AX11000 OpenVPN support using VPN Fusion
Can you please add support for the ASUS GT-AX11000 router. Every time i try and connect using UDP OpenVPN i always get a IP/Routing conflict.
If anyone has this working please help me thanks.

About Ticket Issue
I have been noticing it from the beginning. When a problem rising for expert then support team creating a ticket and sending day after day this problem solved email. It's very very annoying. We are facing problem and in the other hand, they are sending successful mail. So, i would like to request to create a dashboard option for all customer where they can see their activities about problems and update. So, any support team can see the last update even customer can see the progress. Otherwise, it's too much time killing.

Improve US Netflix access outside of the US using VPN by enabling Casting from a smartphone to a TV or from a Windows laptop via HDMI cable
US Netflix access is easy suing the PureVPN app on a Windows computer. However that is not where TV is watched. The setup of a supported router is tricky for many I think but doable. However, a workaround would be to enable Casting from a Smartphone with the PureVPN app running (and connected to the Netflix US channel). And enabling the use of a Window laptop with the PureVPN app running (as for a PC) but with the image and sound sent from the laptop to the TV via HDMI cable.

We do not have any plans to add “Play RSI” Ch at the moment as the option to add can only be initiated after multiple requests. We can make an exception if you could gather 20 “Play RSI” ch PureVPN users and ask them to vote for the same post.

Currently, one dedicated IP can only be associated with one device at a time. That’s actually how the internet works – everyone has a unique public IP unless you are behind NAT.
But, I am curious to know why do you need the same IP on multiple devices, what are you trying to achieve? The information you’ll provide will help me create a solution for you.

Openvpn Ports
Would like to have multiple ports opened for use in openvpn option. Like port 443,995, 8080 on TCP and on UDP 1198, 8080, 4672, 5004,5353. With all these ports open, it would be impossible to block.

Automatically connect when WiFi is connected
Hello, so for the Desktop (Windows, Mac OS, Linux) I am suggesting the ability to auto connect when the interent (WiFi or Ethernet) is connected. While the abilty to connect on startup or when the app launches is handy, its easy for laptop owners to forget to reconnect after closing their laptop. So, it would be nice for the app to automatically connect when the WiFi is connected. Thanks.
